ORDERING & PAYMENT

How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your preferred size or model, click "Add to Cart," and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping details and payment information. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are securely processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact our support team within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been packed or shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

How long does shipping take?
We offer Free Shipping within 6–9 business days to all USA states. 

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to your carrier's tracking page. You can also track your shipment by logging into your Athryonix account.

What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or building management. If the issue persists, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
